Terms for using Reclaim Privacy.

Reclaim is an image exposure and case-file product. It helps you check one image, review possible matches, organise evidence, and prepare request drafts or reporting steps.

Nothing is sent automatically. Reclaim is a tool for your review and control, not a law firm, investigation service, or automated enforcement agent.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You should only scan images you are entitled to use for this purpose.
• You must not use Reclaim to stalk, harass, surveil, or target another person.
• You must not use the service for unlawful activity or abusive automation.

Results are possible matches, not confirmed identity findings. False positives and false negatives are possible, and no scan can promise to find every copy of an image online.

You are responsible for reviewing source pages and deciding whether a result is relevant before saving evidence or sending a request.

Reclaim drafts removal requests for your review. These drafts are informational tools and do not constitute legal advice. For urgent, criminal, or complex matters, you may need platform escalation, specialist support, or qualified legal advice.

• Free quick scan: check one image and review whether possible matches exist.
• Case unlock: one-off access to reveal case tools for a limited period.
• Ongoing protection: recurring access for continued scanning and case management.
• Deep scan add-on: a one-off purchase for deeper ranking where supported.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Reclaim is not liable for decisions you make based on possible matches, evidence collection, or request drafts.
